I am an Orlando, Florida native and U.C.F. graduate with a B.A. Degree in Psychology.  I hold a Certificate of  Completion in Paralegal Studies from Rollins College.  I will be receiving a Master's Degree in International Business Administration in the near future. I am a Community Association Manager with RealManage, LLC for the Orlando area. I have been involved with real estate since 1993 when I became a  paralegal for a real estate, asset protection and estate planning law firm for the Charles J. Givens Organization under attorney Mark Blake and  Tedder, Chatzky, Berends & Reedy where I managed commercial real estate leases. I have been working as an organizer in the master planned community in which I live, consisting of 583 planned units, to transition the community from developer control.  I organized the Concerned Members of the Community Committee (CMCC), developed the Policies and Procedures Manual, and trained future Board members for transition which is due to take place January 20, 2010.  I am a licensed Florida Real Esate agent and have recently placed my license on voluntary inactive status in order to focus on community association management and consulting endeavors.  I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) specializing in New Home Sales and new construction.  I am a Licensed  Community Association Manager and currently manage both Developer-Controlled  and Association-Controlled communities and am involved with marketing, web site development, training and consulting. I am involved in City Government and appreciate the parallel between Government and Associations and a person's basic rights to enjoy real property ownership.  I am a graduate of the Mayor's Academy for the City of Orlando and was recently appointed to the City of Orlando Public Art Advisory Board of Directors.  I  started  my own web site, "CMHmanagement" which originally catered to the international investor.  I have advertised in The Irish Times in an effort to attract Europeans to the Florida Resorts and vacation homes, with the headline reading "Ireland to Florida Vacation Planner and Guide to the Resorts".    I have over 20 years' experience as a Safety Professional with the airlines and have traveled the world.  I have recently obtained dual Irish-American citizenship.    If you are interested in community association management services, please let me know.  Please call me at (407) 923-8308.
