A competency is the specific behavior, knowledge, and motivation that an employee must demonstrate in order to be effective in a given job or role.

If an Association successfully forecloses on a lien filed against a property owner for unpaid assessments, the community then takes title to the home and is afforded the right to rent out the unit and collect income.  The property must be added to the General Liability insurance policy to protect the Association in case of damage, injury or accident.
